Information for Women Leaving Abuse

Are you a mother who is planning to leave an abusive partner or do you know a woman who is being abused and needs help?

Navigating the complexities of family law and the court system can be extremely challenging, and many women don't know where to turn.

To assist women, YWCA Vancouver has the following information available for women escaping violence:

Leaving an Abusive Relationship is also available in six languages:

Chinese
Farsi

Vietnamese

The YWCA grants permission for organizations to print and distribute these resources. If you would like to receive a hardcopy version of these resources, they are available at the YWCA Program Centre at 535 Hornby Street in Vancouver or through the YWCA Legal Educator.
