The YWCA Program Centre in the heart of the city has a variety of meeting spaces – plus downtown’s finest fitness facility just steps away to help energize your group mid-day or after your meeting.

Welch Room 1

Welch Room 2

• Bright floor to ceiling window and built-in dry erase board with flip chart
• Suitable for meetings or training
• Capacity: Boardroom 12/Theatre 40
• $120/four-hour block during the day. $85/four-hour evening block (after 5:00pm)*

Both Welch Rooms 1 & 2 (Divider removed to create one large room)

MacMillan Bloedel Room

• Private room with floor to ceiling window and built in dry erase board with flip chart
• Suitable for meetings or training

Weldwood Room

• Spacious and bright with floor to ceiling window, built-in dry erase board with flip chart and direct kitchen access
• Suitable for training or receptions
• Capacity: Boardroom 20/Theatre 50
• $135/four-hour block during the day. $95/four-hour evening block (after 5:00pm)*

Rooms for Six People or Less

• Three bright meeting rooms - with floor to ceiling windows - perfect for small meetings or breakout rooms
• Capacity 2 - 6
• $50/four-hour block during the day. $30/four-hour evening block (after 5:00pm)*
