TELUS Day of Service

During the TELUS Day of Service on Saturday, May 30, 2009, TELUS employees volunteered at YWCA Fraser Gardens single mothers’ housing in Langley. TELUS volunteers at Fraser Gardens helped weed, prune and power-wash the outside gardens and walkways. The grounds looked amazing!

In January the TELUS Retail Sales Team donated their time at YWCA Crabtree Corner Family Resource Centre in the Downtown Eastside. Volunteers cleaned and organized Crabtree’s busy donation room where low-income families can find used clothing and household items. 

TELUS is the first Canadian company to be named the most outstanding philanthropic corporation on the planet in 2010 by the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
