25th Annual Women of Distinction Awards


For 25 years, the YWCA Vancouver Women of Distinction Awards have honoured outstanding women throughout Metro Vancouver. What began as a way to recognize women for their exceptional achievements has now grown into one of the most prestigious awards for women and attracts up to 1,000 attendees every year.

Since the awards began in 1984, YWCA Vancouver has honoured 192 women and workplaces. As we look forward to this year's awards on May 26 at the Westin Bayshore, we also take a look back at the amazing women who have received awards over the past 25 years.
