YWCA Career Zone
 The YWCA Career Zone is a drop in employment centre offering free resources for 15-30 year olds. Some of these resources include: one-to-one assistance in finding employment, referral to job search, career planning & work experience programs and much more. We are currently looking for volunteer office adminnistrator.

Career Mentor
Location: Vancouver

Connect to Success Mentorship Program is for professional or skilled women who are unemployed.
This free mentorship program is for women over 19 years of age who are entering or re-entering professional or skilled careers.


Are you a professional WOMAN established in your career? Do you have a few hours a month to share with a mentee? You can share your skills, passion and professional expertise through Connect to Success. Connect to Success is looking for women from a wide variety fields, including entrepreneurship, business, health care, science, arts & design and others to become mentors.

Piano Teacher
Location: Surrey, BC

YWCA Metro Vancouver is operating a second stage transition house for women who have experienced abuse in an intimate relationship, and for their children. Women are referred to the program from first stage transition houses, and can stay at our transition house for up to eight months. We are looking for female piano teachers who can teach to children.

Child Care Aide
Location: YWCA Vancouver Early Learning and Care Centres

YWCA Metro Vancouver operates four licensed early learning and care centres that provide quality, affordable care to families with diverse backgrounds. We are currently looking for volunteers to who can assist staff in caring for children up to the age of five years old, in group settings. Activities include singing, reading stories, making art, playing games and taking short field trips.
